Auction
Tips
- For fast Catalogue search use
your ctrl and F button on your computer at the same time .
This will bring up your key word search .
- Research the items you
are interested in .
- Set yourself a budget &
don't forget to add the 12.5 % buyers premium .
- Inspect the items thoroughly.
All goods are sold without any warranties . All items sold
are as inspected irrespective of what the catalogue reads .
- Some changes may be made on
the day of auction. We will announce any changes prior to
the start of the auction .
- Only bid if you are sure you
want the item , as you are legally bound to pay for
any item you have successfully won .
Bidding
Tips
- If you wish to bid less than
that of the auctioneers increments wave your hand across
ways with your palm down this will let the auctioneer know
the bidding increment is to high for you and you wish to
make a lesser increment bid .
- If you wish to show people you
are very keen about an item leave your bidder card in the
air . On occasions this will stop people in their tracks as
they know they have no hope in buying the item .
- You may also wish to try to
frighten people off by calling out a much larger amount .
